We will arrange inspection visits whereby you will fly to Orlando from a number of U.K. airports. A representative of our sales team will greet you at Orlando Airport. Who will then accompany you to one of our villas.
Our inspection visits are designed to provide you with a complete understanding of everything relating to owning your own Florida Villa.
You will be shown numerous developments with a wide variety of 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 bed roomed villas. All the properties will be in close proximity to all the attractions and will be in a designated short-term rental zone.
The inspection programme usually covers just a few days, which will allow you free time to explore the area and also to relax and unwind!!
Because the range is extensive, sufficient time is always allowed for you to re-visit developments. When you have decided you are entirely happy with your choice, you can then select your plot of land (some offering environmental views) together with the various options for your home.
In order to safeguard against clients who do not have a serious intent to purchase, the cost of your flights and villa will be paid for by yourselves and on completion of the pending sale a full refund will be made directly into your chosen bank account.
At no stage of your visit will you be subjected to any pressured sales tactics and there is absolutely no obligation to purchase what so ever.
Remember, our fees are paid for by the seller/builder not yourselves and we have no allegiance to any one builder. We work on your behalf to offer you the best deal.
